Hi @ all,
The situation is as follows:
One of our management directors has delegate mailfile access to his secretary (full rights).
Everytime she is opening his mailfile and send mails on his behalf, every non Notes user (say the mail is routed through the internet) became an unusable “reply to” adress. If she sends an mail to another notes user, everything is fine.
The submitted “reply to”- adress by external mails is shown as
firstname lastname/DE/KNI%webscn1834.com.
The first name is ( including KNI) the Notes Adress of the user. The second part (%webscn…)
is the SMTP Mailserver.
Checking the X-Headers I found, that for internal messages the field “Reply-to-adress” is filled with the Notes Adress.
So I guess that the reason lies somewhere in the not filled “reply-to” field if the secretary send mails to external mailadresses out of the mailbox of her boss.
Can someone tell me, how I get the right “reply-to” adress automatically (in this case the SMTP adress) submitted if sending mails on another users behalf ?
Thx,
SK
