I’m not sure if this is a client or server problem, but none of my users are getting recertification prompts. I have an agent that e-mails me weekly with everything expiring in the next 14 days, and today they included a network admin, a former IT support person, and myself. I know I never got the recert prompt, and I asked and neither of the other two did, either. Users have complained about this for a while but I never could confirm it was actually happening, but now I have.
The server is Domino 6.5.4 FP3 on RHEL AS 4 and the clients are Notes 6.5.3, 6.5.4, and 7.01 on Windows 2000 SP4 and XP SP2. I am using the CA process for certificates. Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot this?
