No Preferences in Tools Menu

Hello,

I want to add a signature.

But I don’t have the Preferences options in the Tools menu.

I have a french version :

Actions > Outils > Preferences (does not appear).

Template Issue. I faced the same problem if i open the R6 Design Mail in R5 Client.

Oui, lorsque tu ouvres le client Designer, tu peux voir qu’il y a une formule de masquage qui valide la version du client utilisée. Si tu accèdes une boite R7 avec un client 6 et moins, ce menu sera non-disponible. Il se peut donc que ça soit la même chose pour les autres versions.

Sur une boite 6, la formule est :@If(@TextToNumber(@Version) < 172;@True;@False)

Sur une boite 7, la formule est :

@If(@TextToNumber(@Version) < 250;@True;@False)

Pour les numéros de versions , regarde dans l’aide du Designer rubrique @version.

So, in english, there is an hide-when formula to validate which client version the user is using.
