When a user creates a new memo and click on “To:” button,he has a dilogue box,he can choose the directory he wants,but there is no enteries in the directories,no contacts at all.This is happening both for Domino directory and the secondary directory.

We encountered this once here, it ended up being the result of a corrupt profile document in the NAB. Try running the Edit Directory Profile Agent, and re-saving the profile to see if that helps.
