"no documents were categorized"

I have a user that is receiving the following message everytime he clicks on an updated meeting.

“no documents were categorized”

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve?

Subject: “no documents were categorized”

try this:

close mail file

remove mail file icon from the workspace

add mail file back

is the error gone? No, try this

close mail file

open bookmark.nsf hidden view (ByURL)

press Ctrl/A to select all then delete

close bookmar.nsf

open mail file

is the error gone? hope so …

Hi there. The first tip did not work. How do perform the 2nd tip? Where do I open bookmark.nsf as a hidden view? Newbie to LN. Thanks for your help.

found it.

Open the bookmark.nsf local:

a. In the Workspace, highlight the bookmark icon.

b. Hold down the SHIFT and CTRL keys, and from the menu, select View → Go to → hidden view (byurl).

c. In the same view, select all document and delete them
