No Default Domain Found: Administrator

Upgraded to Windows 7 x64 and installed the Client, Admin and Designer. All work but when I attempt to access the Admin Client, I get an error:"No default domain found:

Please set your Administration Preference to the domains you want to manage

OK is the only option"

And when we hit OK the Admin Client closes. With the dialog open I can see the icons for each domain I manage, so not sure what is up with this.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I recently installed 8.5.1 (Notes, Designer, Admin) and when I click the Admin icon, I get the same message:

"No default domain found:

Please set your Administrator Preferences to the domains you want to manage"

I found this in the help:

But, if I cannot open the Admin client, how do I set the preferences? A notes.ini setting?
