I recently upgraded our Domino servers from ND6.5.5 to ND7.03FP1. We haven’t yet upgraded the clients and that is the next step. However, we have a room reservations database based on the 6.5.5 tempate. I did see during the upgrade about autoprocess being disabled but I didn’t persue it (my big mistake). In any case, are now experiencing reservation requests that are being made through the user’s calendar that are not being processed. I found the post from Susan Bulloch that pointed here http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&uid=swg21219243 and it totally makes sense.
Can anyone confirm for me that if I upgrade the design for the reservations database to the 7.03 template that our users that have a 6.5.x client will still be able to “access” through their calendar when completing a meeting request that requires a room or resource?
And what agents do I have to enable in the new template?
