No Access to Console in Domino Administrator

Hi all!

We have Domino server R8.0.2 running on a machine with REL 5.

Even though the server is running ok, when opening the Server → Status tab in Domino Administrator (R8), the message “No Access to Console” displays below “Agents”. There’s no way to open a remote console on the server. Clicking on “Server Tasks” does not return anything, just a grey screen.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/solve it?

Subject: Check the Administrators for the server

It looks like the ID you are using is not specified as an Administrators for the server. Open the Server document and look at the various Administrator fields on the Security tab. If the ID you are using is not listed in any of these, and is not part of a listed group, then you don’t get console access.
