Nlnotes.exe is terminated inexplicably

Hi everbody.I have a problem with Lotus notes client 8.5.

Im work normally but after a few minutes the client is frozen. im going to the task manager and i watch that the nlnotes process is terminated. This problem is randomly but constantly. i run the killnotes.exe for dont restart the machine.

i reinstalled the client, and i ran the maintenace tasks, nfixup, ncompact and nothing happens.

the machine is a Core 2 duo, with 4gb RAM, and windows XP sp3.

I really appreciate any help.

Subject: Are and nsd files being generated?

Look in the datadirectory\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory for nsd*.log

Open a PMR with Lotus Support and send them the nsd files…

Hi,

Some possibility would be, your existing notes dll files are conflicting with other program that recently installed on system. Advices to remove the lotus notes from add/remove program and registry as well so that all associated files removed from the system before begin the new installation.

Hi everbody.I can replicate the same error, im tying to view a xlsx document with a lotus interface. i can open it but after a few instants, im changed to a diferent tab and return to my mail and select another mail and notes is crash. i can watch that nlnotes.exe isnt at the task manager.

i have 3 nsd files but are differents.
