Newest mail at the top of Inbox reset every day

Hello,

I have a client in my firm that recently started having this issue. Now a few weeks back

His archive was replaced with a new design but it is his Inbox that is having this issue.

I have made a new local replica but this did not help. I looked t hrough preferences but no optionsmost likely

are available.

Is there something I could manipulate in his notes.ini file.

Your help is appreciated.

Could you supply a little more detail.Is this your issue:

  1. User opens Notes goes to inbox

  2. Inbox is sorted by date oldest on top (as per default mail8 template)

  3. User clicks on date column to sort mail newest on top

  4. User closes Notes

  5. User re-launches Notes and goes to inbox

PROBLEM inbox is sorted by date oldest on top

I do no see this problem but wanted to make sure it was the issue, can you please verify?
