Hi to all
i have a new notes user, actually a old one but his id file has disapeared, do i have to delete his account and create a new one, or can i create a new id file?

well you should keep a copy of the Notes IDs somewhere but if that is truely gone then you would need to remove (cut) the user’s person doc from your Domino Directory and then create a new ID. If you just cut the person doc and recreate the user then you will preserve the user’s name in groups, readers/authors fields, ACLs, etc. If you use this approach make sure you recreate the user with the name exactly as it was originally created.
