When using the New Tracking Reuest button on r6.0 and the tracking request has finished I don’t get the number of messages found/tracked? This figure was available on the 5.0.xx gui and used to appear next to the New Tracking Request button. Whilst the new version is great because I can copy and paste into Word the details of mail sent/received by an individual, I really need the number found for reports purposes.
