New to notes, Need help with RTF table

On the 2nd of November I saw that someone had started a post about Rich text tables being created dynamiclly within Notes using LotusScript. I read the article that was posted and tried some of the code but I think I am stuck at the same spot as that poster was. I do not understand how to programmatically tell notes when to end one table and when to start a new table. I looked up the @Midas product and since I am not interested in purchasing, nor needing to purchase at this time, I didnt see the need to try it.

Here is what I am trying to have the script do:

I have a view that is catagorized by managers under which are the different companies they deal with. When a new sale is made or a new company is added it creates a Company Change document. This company change document is then placed within another view which is processed by the Rich Text Table agent to send to the different managers at the end of the month to show their numbers for that month.
