New Server Upgrade

Hi,

I am having a new machine and a new Domino 7. I have a few questions and would really appreciate if anyone can advise me :

Should the notes client be of a higher or lower version than the Domino server?
The old domino is 6, thus with the new installation of new Domino is the migration still the same? We just installed the new Domino and copy all the data files over?

Is there anything I should take note of for Domino 7?

As for as compatibility is concerned notes7 still supports older database ODS versions.
