Trying to setup a local replica for a database. However, when attempting to create the replica, an error message is displayed “Internet Messaging Configuration invalid or parts not available”. When I check the database that should have been created it exists but is empty. It also does not appear on the replication page and is therefore not updated by the regular background replication.
The databases have “enforce consistent ACL” enabled, however, testing on other databases allows me to create the replica and have it appear on the replication page. Disabling ‘enforce consistent ACL’ does not remove the error. Attempting to drag the database onto the replication page raises the same error.
Replication is enabled in the location document. I have manage access to the databases.
any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated.

P.S. did some more testing - able to create a new replica of the template that is used to create / refresh the databases.
