Hello All
I have one user using Notes 8.5 (no fix pack) who has problems with the type ahead function.
When she types in a name in the To field - she is not automatically prompted to select a name from the NAB. She has to press enter then it will give her the options of selecting a match. Mine does it automatically.
How do I set that back up?
Current settings on her client…
She connects to the server directly, but does have replication set up for one address book locally so she can pick up emails from it. So her mail preferences for her Local address book are set to names.nsf, shared.nsf.
Also under preferences ‘Disabled type-ahead for all name fields and use the Notes Basic type-ahead’ is not selected.
Her Location settings are set to…
Activate recipient name type-ahead = on each character
Recipient name lookup = Exhaustive
And its also set not to store address in recent contacts.
