New mails do not show up in inbox but can be fetched from all documents

One of our user who is using LN 8.5 on Mac OS receives mails intermittently in the all documents folder, Is there a way to resolve this issue so that the user always receives his new mails in the inbox…Thanks

We have some known issues on this issue. Some of them have been fixed in our public beta 2 build (Sep beta), the user can install this new beta. If the user is using conversation mode, then please try to disable it.
