Actually, I have a process that reviews if any user of my Lotus Domino has a new mail. I do this operation using an account that has permissions of Manager for example on mail/user1.nsf.
The problem is. if user “user1” has 10 mails (1 unread) my Manager user sees 10 mails unread. doesn’t exists a synchronization between mails new of user “user1” and the user “manager”. Somebody knows how to configure this synchronization
