New mail showing up as being read

I have two users that every now and then when they receive new mail it does not show up in bold. So they believe they have read the mail already when they’ve never opened it. Anyone else seen this?

Hi all

I also faced the same issue, when a user reported me that all new incoming mails are coming as read.

I checked his online copy, it was fine, all new incoming mails were bold.

So i create a new replica and new replica was working in expected way.

But still has to determine, actually what happened that made previous local copy to display new mails as read.
