Currently our users have setup mail notification. A window pops up whenever the recieve a new mail message in their personal mailbox.
Is it possible to generate a newmail popup when new mail has been recieved in another database.

…you could create a mail rule in the other datatbase, that sends a notification when new messages arrive in that database. The mail rule should be configured to respond to ‘all documents’ and ‘send copy to…’. I’d choose ‘headers only’ if I were you. These notifications would of course trigger the desired new mail popup.
