Dear ALL,
I am facing a problem with a user, when he receive the mail, pop - up is not happening.
Checked in the user preferences and enabled the pop - up option and set the value to 1 minute.
Refreshed/replaced the design template of the user but still the problem is continued.
Please let me know any way to resolve this or whether i have to do re - installation.
Please suggest me in this reg.
