Hi everyone,
I have users that watch additional mailboxes besides their own (info@, support@, etc).
They currently keep the inboxes open or else check them from time to time. They would like to receive new email notifications from the additional mailboxes as well as their own mailbox. Is there a way to do this?

I’m not sure if this will help you or not, but here goes. I’ve never heard of doing what your trying to accomplish via New Mail popups on your account for a letters received in a different mail box. However, several times I’ve created simple agents within the info@'s that simply fire off a letter to the user (or group of users) who are responsible for checking it.
