Sorry if this is simple, I just can’t find it. (I was just moved to the notes 6.0 client from Eudora) I have several rules setup for new mail to move to certain folders. When I get new mail I have no way of knowing which folder has it. They do not change their appearence.

If you are running on an R6 server and your template is R6, you should see the number of unread documents in each folder.

Just talked to the admin and found out that I got the r6 client but it is still an r5 server…upgrade coming soon…thanks for the response

It will work if you make a local replica of your mail file.
