Hello,
Users receive a notification of new mail whether by the pop-up box or sound but do not see the new mail message in the inbox. The press the F9 key but nothing happens, the still do not see any new mail. When the user starts the replicator then the new mail become visible.

Hi Jan,
I’ve seen this when the user is looking at the local replica of the mail file, but their mail file location in the location document is “on Server”. I guess notes still checks on the server and says you have new mail. Then when you open your local replica, the mail is not there yet.
