Problem:User cannot see new mail in his inbox received over the last 3 days. They are also not visible in All Documents.
What I’ve Tried:
Checked his person document to verify his mailbox.
Checked that there’s not another replica on another server.
Verified that the mail is being routed to his mail box by viewing the console and mail routing events in the log.
Ran Fixup, Compact and Updall.
Checked for 2 $Inbox in Designer - only one present.
Made a local replica of his mail file.
Refreshed/replaced the design.
Copied all mail from Inbox to a temp folder, removed $Inbox in Designer, refreshed the design and copied back the documents from the temp folder.
Does anyne know where these mails might be hiding?
