I would like to setup rules/agent that will move my emails based on subject header to certain directories. If I create a rule in Notes 6 it doesn’t trigger when it fetches POP3 mail. It works for Notes mail. They way we use our notes client is for with in company we use lotus notes and for out side communication we use POP3 mail hosted outside Notes. I have created account document for that POP server in my address book.
The rule or agent triggers properly for Notes mail but it doesn’t work for POP3 mail it receives. Does anyone know how to configure rules? OR on what event that agent should run?
