New local ntf containing documents of DB from which created

Hi,Please help.

Whenever I m taking a local copy from a DB a particular view in the new copy(local) is always containing documents of the DB used to create this local copy.

I am checking the option Design only while creating the new copy.

Also, the view which is reflecting the documents of the old DB,if I click DB properties here, its server and file name is also showing the old DB’s server and path name.

It is like, the new copy created is directly inheriting that part of DB which is the one used for copying

If, from the workspace, you look at the database properties, how many documents does it say is in the database?

How is the view being opened? Is is possible some code is being executed that is opening the view in your other database?
