My current hardware configuration is 4 servers with a total of 8 CPU’s. I currently have 8 Domino Enterprise Licenses, 50 Client licenses, 10 Designer licenses and 1500 Web CALS. We don’t need Domino Mail services. We do use SMTP based mail notification to our users via whatever their brand of email service happens to be. Now to my question, can I use the new Utility Server licensing instead of Enterprise? Also, since I just renewed all of my licenses. Is their an avenue for me to mitigate the expense of Utility Server licensing by using some of my expenditure for Enterprise licenses and Web CALS licenses to purchase what I really want which is Utility licensing.
