I started out this mess trying to figure out where you guys had hidden my IBM account.
Seriously, I had set it up over 10 years ago. How’m I supposed to know what to set up?
The linked “help / send me info” pages were singularly uninformative.
In desperation I started googling through ridiculous searches and stumbled over a web page that told me the IBM account had been set to an email address. So I checked on my email addresses.
Hooray, I was in!
For a day. Or two.
Now, a week later, my email address isn’t recognized.
Look: YOU ARE IBM. Figure it out. Otherwise you’re not simply moving people to another discussion.
You’re damaging your reputation and prohibiting discussion.
I could take this if everything were new, if everything were smooth, if the accounts were easy to rediscover, if what we were transitioning to were better.
It isn’t. So yeah, I’m complaining.
