Its avaliable if you set it from your fat client - Tools >> Preferences >> Message marking >> Recipients

Hi Tony thanx for the reply. Yes it is available in this case but the problem is, in my company almost all the users (more than 5000) are using web, they are not using fat client. I m looking for a solution so that we can configure this feature using web only.
