Anyone know of a way to alert other users (via email) that there are new messages in the inbox of another email database? I have tried playing around with the simple action “Send Newsletter Summary.” That would work great except the only view option I can select is ($All) when I need just the new documents, or even just the documents currently in the inbox. Thanks for the help! Just an FYI, we do not have database subscriptions enabled on our servers.

Scheduled is fine. And as for the Welcome page idea … great idea, but not many of our users take advantage of the Welcome page. We are a company that has been using Notes for a long time and we are all used to the Workspace.

Do you want to do it on a schedule (say, send an alert every day listing new messages) or one at a time as new messages come in?

Was it that the newsletter action was exactly what you needed, and there was no problem after all with choosing ($All) as the description text format formula?
