I am totally new Domino Designer.
Trying to design a simple database that could log time spent by employees on various project.
I am trying to modify my initial attempt where I just created a couple of views that the database would open with. Subsequently, I created and saved frames, pages, outlines, forms, actions, etc.
Now when I try to open the database in Notes client it does not reflect the changes that I am making in the designer. It keeps showing the database views that I originally created. It does not open the database to show the Home Frameset that I created using two pages. So I tried to delete both the views and start fresh - it won’t let me delete the second one - getting message: “The last shared view or folder cannot be deleted or hidden from Notes”.
Should I change the database extension to ntf instead of nsf and create a new database using the template to see how it opens up in Notes client ?
