Is there a console command to update the design elements of databases on the server? Some of the agents I create work and others don’t (even copies of ones that work in oned database don’t work in another) and I’m just wondering if there is any command other than TELL ADMINP PROCESS ALL that can get my agents to work.

There is no need to update them, the agent manager always is aware of new agents added. You might find it helpful to read the article about how agents are scheduled and the built-in delays which you can control if needed. Perhaps that is what is not meeting your expectations. You will find the information in the Agent FAQ on the right hand side panel under Forum FAQs

I don’t think it’s a scheduling issue because the Agents that I’m creating are ACTION MENU SELECTION agents and they use the simple action MOVE TO DATABASE - only the documents don’t get moved to the database I specify. If I select the agent, nothing happens (allthough the agent log says that 1 document was copied).

Action Menu selection agents are not run by the Agent Manager, so it sounds like you are expecting something to happen that is not going to. Agent FAQ articles might help you see how tings fit together.
