Good Day!
Our remote user clients are having problem when sending mails with attachments of 20KB and up. This only happens during office hours. The error is “Network operation did not complete due to unreasonable amount of time, pls retry”. I have checked their mailfiles and they are not yet over quota. I have also researched this matter and found out that it is a network problem, but our network group always say that it is not their fault because our user clients have connection and they could ping their servers. Does Domino have a minimum network requirement? Hoping for your help and suggestions!
