Is there a way in a users profile to set them up to have two mail destinations? What I am looking to do is when a Notes user sends an email to another Notes user, we want it to go to the recipients Notes mailbox and go to a non-Notes account for that user too. I don’t want to set up two accounts in Notes for these types of users.

Add an agent to the mail database that forwards the message to another address after new mail arrives. You can use the “Send Mail Message” Simple Action to do it.

You could also setup a mail rule to do this.
