Need to save document as new document

Hi,Do anybody have an idea about how we can save a document after editing as another document.

I am new to designer and wants to save a document as another document, tried to use savenewversion but not got the Solutio.

Please help.

Subject: Use Versioning

In Designer, Form properties, change Versioning to Prior versions become responses.
