I have a situation where I need to limit the number of rooms a chairperson can book. I was hoping that I can tag along the “routine” that sends out a decline message if a room is already book at the time of the meeting. My problem is that I could not seem to find the agent (I assume) that performs that routine. Any help is great appreciated.
