Need to go from on question to another on the web

I am working on a survey database, and in the survey the users will have to answer about 20 questions, each question is shown on one screen, the user will hit next to go to the next question, how could I accomplish that?

I assume, as only one question is displayed on a screen (Form) there will be one document corresponding to each question. For a single user there will be 20 documents created, right?

When a user starts Survey create 20 documents for him in the backend. In the form populate a multivalued field with UNID of all these two documents. Having UNID of all question documents avaialble in a field will facilitate navigating to Next or Previous question easily. Use UNID?OpenDocument
