I need to give some training (about 7 hours) to some sales people.
The training should contain the following points:

Calendar (meetings, invitations etc)

Creating groups in the Address Book

To Do List and Delegation

Arranging and Changing Meetings

How to use: “ Same time”

Preferences: Mail, Calendar and To do, Access and Delegation Email & Calendar

Chat with other, Messaging (Active, out of office, do not disturb etc)

Actions, Create ; link Hotspot

How to Archive, several Archives

Search functions
-
Synchronize with Blackberry

Overflow Blackberry Address Range (above 1100 addresses)

Follow Up

Personal Settings, To Do List, Personal Journal, Special Functions

How to move mails to/between folders
Can someone please give me some more information (or documentation about the mentioned things above ) that I can give?

Before anyone else says it - look at the Notes Help, it covers most of the topics above.
Also there are several online training courses available that cover most of the topics - TLCC do some, my company does some, Mindleaders also. You’ll find they are reasonably priced.
However, the Blackberry topics won’t feature in them as standard so you’ll have to write your own bit.
In the past we have had occasion to tailor the standard Notes Help to fit to a particular clients needs. I can say that it is pretty straightforward to do once you have all the requirements, and the beauty is that you can reuse it.
Make sure you tell them about the Help, it will save a lot of hassle in the future if you do.
