Hi everyone.I need an agent that will run in mail.box, and if an email is headed to more than 50 people, for the mail to be marked as low priority and held until midnight when it will be delivered. Can anyone help me with this?
I’m not a coder by any means so a clear example or a generous person doing the agent for me would be very much appreciated

Domino’s built in server based mail rules do almost exactly what you want. I see change routing state to mark as held, but I don’t see change priority to low. Maybe you can use this as a starting point though. Another thought would be, don’t send emails to that many people! Instead use the mail rules (as below) to send the message to a mail in DB instead.

After changing status to HELD, he can run a scheduled agent which sets those HELD messages to low priority.

Thanks Alan.As for not mailing that many people… it’s our marketing people doing a “mail shot”. Others call it spam. But hell what do I know, I’m only the admin guy…
