Need to allow client to edit a "Page"

I have a need to have a page of instructions…I currently create this as a “Page” and put it in a frameset. I get instructions from my client adn paste them into the Page…then I have to clean up the formatting… I eventually also paste this content into a tab on a form where I have to repeat the info…

What I’d prefer to have is an area where my client can go into a form or something and edit a richtext field adding all of thier instructions using Notes formatting…I would like this rich text to show up in any area of the db I need to present it…

For instance…if I have a splash page you’d see them there, in the main frameset one frame would echo the instructions there, on the instructions tab of the survey from they would show up there…etc…

Can this be done?

why wouldn’t you just use a document?

I think I could probably use a document and put that content in aframe by using the “Link” feature…I’ll test that…

But is there a way to bring that document content into another form?? I have a survey form that those instructions need to be shown in as well…

Set up your “page” as a profile document. You can then look up the content of the field from any other form.
