Need Formula

Hi Everyone !

I am in need of fomula for couple of things…

First thing is that ,In one Subform I have 10 Fields for Name all this fields are editable , in the next Consecutive Subform I have a ListBox . Whatever the name enetering in previous subform that will reflect in next subform’s list box.

Second thing is that , there is another list box besides the list box that i mentioned above . The name which were selected in first list box that is appearing in the second list box that is working through clicking on Add my question is that whatever the name appeared in the second list box everytime that will turn in to group that when i select this group in the next subform all people will get mail at the same time.

Keyword options formula on second subform should be:@Trim(@Unique(SF1_Field1:SF1_Field2:SF1_Field3:SF1_Field4:SF1_Field5:SF1_Field6:SF1_Field7:SF1_Field8:SF1_Field9:SF1_Field10))

I couldn’t understand second part…

The second part of my question is the name which appear in the second list box , i want to send mail to all those people for that what i have to do , should i create a group for all these people or what ? coz for different functions the people are not same it is changed everytime .
