Need an Action button in a note out of a DB

Hi folks and nerds,I need an advise to accomplish this:

Out of a document in a DB I want to create a note by pressing a button which contains

  • the doclink to the document in that db

  • an action button that creates a Connection Document in the users address book when pressed, that allows the recipient to access this DB.

  • the note should be in edit mode after this, so that the user can still add pertinent information.

I have a solution which creates however temporary documents, which need to be cleaned by an Agent. I’m looking for a 1 shot approach.
