I want to filter my incoming mail with rules, but my navigation pane looks nothing like the one seen in the help window. I don’t have a “tools” folder or anything, plus it just shows my name at the top of the pane as if it were a folder instead of the blue “Mail for …” shown in the help window. How do I fix this? thanks
