Hi,
when sending mail from iNotes or web (using RichText) containing german national language characters to other countries, the message contains no information on the character set used. The recipient won’t be able to display the mail correctly.
When the mail is sent from Web (plain text) or from Notes client, the message can be displayed.
In the configuration document we set the Primary character set group to English and secondary to Western. Western is mapped to ISO-8859-1 with encoding quoted printable for header and body.
Any hints?
