I am setting up a Registration Settings Document for our organization for a policy, and have a few questions I cannot seem to figure out and am soliciting some help from the forum:

For the mail file location, we have subfolders under mail, a folder for each letter of the alphabet, and sort persons mail file based on the first initial of their last name, is there anywhere in that I can specify such settings (ie \mail\g\geddings)

For some reason when our mailfile name is created it is not using the UserID as we do, it appears to be doing the first letter of the first name and a few letters of the last name (dgeddin).

For the roaming profile subfolder name, our standard is the firstname lastname format (roaming\davidgeddings), for some reason the folder name is being named just like what is occurring in #2 above (roaming\dgeddin)

One final issue I am running into is that we specify the format for the email address in the registration settings document (we use first and last name seperated by a dot), however when it is completed, it comes out dgeddin@us.bergroup.com when it should be david.geddings@us.behrgroup.com; any ideas on this one?
