I just have a question/problem. It’s regarding the time in time out. One of the users can time in. but when she’s about to time out. It seems the database cannot see her name registered, so she cannot time out. But the other users can time in and time out. Well i was thinking maybe it’s because of her name, and also the date of the time in was included for example (Romeena Anne M. Aspacio 11/28/08) so i was thinking that the characters was the problem. Please help me how to figure this problem. Thank you.

if my understanding is correct, you are creating a document with user name and storing the time in and Out. If Yes then you are having problem in accessing document that was created at time Sign in, Pls check the key.
