There has been a lot of questions in this forum, regarding how to get certified on ND6, what tracks there are, and if there are any good practice tests around.
First of all, Dominozone will publish a complete track with tips and how-to’s to gain your certifications on ND6 in a week, so stay tuned.
Secondly, my best tip for you now, is to get your hands on CertFX’s certification engine and practice tests. I passed the upgrade test during their beta state, but figured out to check their engine and practice tests even though, for fun. And I must say I am impressed. Dominozone have written an article about CertFX and their engines and practice bank. I am really impressed by their work and recommend it to all of you out there. It’s really worth it, and should get you on track, before the real exam. And can you afford a special deal as a DZ reader? Hardly… And, their support and service is also irreproachable.

I have used Selftest Software exclusively and (so far) never had to take them up on their money back guarantee. :)CertFX received some negative feedback from Lotusphere attendees, but I have not used their product. I might be supersitious, but after visiting CertFX’s site I don’t see any compelling reason to change. STS offers discounts and also has a “buy 2 get 1 free” offer right now.
There has already been a lot of feedbank on the different options available and everyone will have a slightly different experience.

I agree.
They are VERY good. I have used them several times, and I really like their practice tests.
The reason for telling you about CertFX is that not all of us have heared of them, and the fact that they are really good as well, should be a reason for us to look into their engines.
RuneCertifications are not a necessity and do not necessarily reflect one’s knowledge of the product. More so when you have been working on a product for a number of years.
Having said that getting certified on Collaboration Tools - Sametime, Quickplace or IBM WebSphere would prove more beneficial to IT folks then ND6 certification.

Well, that was neither my point. But to one point, one would like to take a certification, and for that reason, such practice tests are a good help. I don’t like “paper-boys” myself, but hey, aren’t you certified?
Practice tests are no guarantee in it self to pass, it’s a help to focus on how questions might be asked and how it all works.
