I am having issues where there is mutiple local replicas with the same replica id.
Some users are having trouble distinguishing which is local and which is server. When the users double clicks on the local mailbox it opens the server and when double click the server it jumps to the local.
The users typically have two local mailbox with the same replica id. One mailbox is for reference and reach its capacity which is set to 1GB and this mailbox is not replicating. The other mailbox is the most current one and is replicating.
Sometimes the user delete its email from the server but its actually deleting from the local and vice versa. The deletion box is not checked on the local and is checked on the server.
When the mailbox reach its capacity (to avoid corruption of local mailbox), we do a “replication”, and then “new replica” to start a new local mailbox. When I try to remove the replica using “manage list”, it won’t allow that replica to be removed even though its not on the workspace.
Would like to know if there is a way around this or if anyone have a solution.
