Multiple value field used as key to get all docs

Is if possible to use a field with multiple values as the key - getdocumentsbykey? I need to get a handle of each doc starting with the first value of the key, then continue until docs is nothing.

This post is sorta like what I’m doing but I need it in LS. I don’t see this type of example or if it’s possible.
